Homemade Jelly

This season is just the mass production of the mulberry. And I just got lots of mulberry.The berry is sweet and sour. Just good for making jelly. I look for the Internet for the recipe.The first step is cleaning the berry. And boil the berry. Add some sugar. Keeping boil the berry till most of the juice is vaporising. That what I think the jelly should be. I follow these steps,but the jelly is not like the jelly. It is like a hot berry juice. Where is my jelly?

Right now the juice just put on the stove. Perhaps I can try it on the hot toast with the condense juice.It is not my first time making the jelly. Next time I want to try the strawberry jam. I will success last time.
