chocalate cake

few weeks ago, I learned how to make cake. And then I made a cake with some creation. I bought some swiss miss chocolate at last season,and I never use any package in the whole winter. So I took  some chocolate adding in my cake. The result is awesome. here is the step about the wonderful cake.

  ingredient:
   5 egges
   sugar
   chocolate powder  *2
   wheat powder        a cup
   some oil
 

First, separate the eggs from egg of albumen, and put it into a clean bowl.
Second, wheat powder, 2 package of chocolate, sugar oil into another bowl with yolk and mix all the ingredient.


Third(放棄鳥鳥的蔡英文)打蛋白至發的狀態,倒扣不會掉下來的程度。

4.混合巧克力口味蛋黃和打發的蛋白,把蛋白分次加入蛋黃內,不要過度攪拌,只要均勻就可以了。

5.鋼鍋抹上橄欖油和麵粉做底,如果有烤盤紙會更好,鋪底之後,倒進巧克力濃漿,就可以準備開火了,火候先中火15min,then 放上隔熱板再續烤15~30min,depend on 瓦斯爐的火力囉。

6.水啦,這次烤得真的很成功,完全的膨起,遇冷也沒有塌掉,下次可以想辦法是是看讓裡面有濃漿流出來的火山巧克力蛋糕。

7.照例來個斷面秀,鬆軟的巧克力海綿蛋糕。
